the staff at Palitra were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the cleaners to the reception staff. They all spoke English and were always available to provide any information I needed. the hotel room was cleaned daily and was basic but comfortable. Getting to the city center was easy, either by a short 5-minute taxi ride or a pleasant 15-minute walk. Cons: Nothing, all great! 😃.

We recently stayed at a family hotel within walking distance of the city centre; it was lovely staying in a residential area. the airport was a bargain 11 BGN taxi ride away. Getting to the city centre was a breeze; a quick 5-minute taxi ride could take us there in no time. the rooms were clean, with updated furniture and cozy bathrooms.

The hotel offered a nice variety of breakfast options and the room was cleaned daily. it was located within walking distance to the town centre and there were some convenience stores in the surrounding residential area. One of the highlights of staying here was the friendly staff who were always ready to help with anything we needed.
The room we stayed in was quite noisy due to the location near a busy street. the bed and pillows could have been more comfortable.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with good breakfast options available. We also appreciated the door separating our two adjacent rooms that gave us a sense of privacy.
Not obvious to find.

The hotel offered a mini-bar in the room along with a good breakfast, which was a great start for the day. the location was perfect, walking distance to the city centre and there were convenience stores around. it was nice to stroll around the street since it was not crowded. a very nice hotel to stay for a couple of days.
The hotel facility needs refurbishment since it is an old building. the comfort of the furniture was quite low, which was not expected for the price paid.

The convenience of its location attracted guests from all over the world, making it popular among those who love exploring Varna. The hotel lounge area was lovely and the staff provided personal attention.
Who needs a lift or a restaurant anyway? Sleeping on an uncomfortable bed was just the icing on the cake.
